Thanks: 1 times
Ok, I'm confused. I've looked the serial number for my new Vani tablet's bay-trail processor up and it comes back as an x64 processor(which means it's compatible with windows 8.1 64 bit software.) Plus, when searching through the BIOS system, it also lists the 64bit program as COMPATIBLE. So why in the world does the VANI VW-10F come pre installed with the hardware limiting 32bit program? I've been trying to upgrade to the 64bit, but the software is not allowing me to boot from the flash drive I have it on. If anyone knows a way to either fix the boot from flash drive program error, or who to send it to to get the 64bit program on there, please respond quickly. I AM losing my patience with this software hindered device.

this tablet is compatible with 64 bit os

but the factory installed the 32 bit OS

you could call microsoft or visit microsoft store to see if they could do you a favor switch from 32 bit to 64 bit by revoke old lic key and issue a 64 os lic key

thanks 1 user thanked Richard for this useful post.
